Mid-term Meeting Therabot Project

The mid-term meeting of the European project THERABOT – Therapeutic Bacteria Biohybrids for Oncology Treatment, HORIZON-MSCA-2023-SE-01 (Staff Exchanges) (Grant Agreement No. 101182953), was held. The project is coordinated by Dr. Diego Cattoni (Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale, INSERM) and includes the participation of CIC bioGUNE (San Sebastián, Spain), Uppsala University (Sweden), A5 Science (France), Indicate Solutions S.L. (Spain), University of Tokyo (Japan), National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (Japan), Universidad Nacional del Sur (Argentina), CONICET (Argentina), Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana (Chile), and Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (Brazil).

The meeting took place at CIC biomaGUNE in San Sebastian, Spain, and was attended by members of the consortium. From our group, Dr. Gustavo Abraham participated as the Argentine lead investigator, along with Lic. Melanie Ferrace, who is currently undertaking a research stay in the Synthetic Biology Group at the Centre de Biologie Structurale (CBS), Université de Montpellier, France, under the supervision of Dr. Diego Cattoni.
