D’Amico Sistemas Award
The interinstitutional team (UNRC-INTEMA) received the D’Amico Sistemas award at the II National S&T (Bio)3D Printing Meeting, held at UNSAM (June 24–26, 2026), for their work on 3D-printed photoactive materials capable of inactivating resistant bacteria and degrading pollutants through singlet oxygen (¹O₂) generation, part of Claudia Chávez Hernández’s doctoral thesis (UNRC, supervised by D. Heredia and M. Agazzi), with the collaboration of INTEMA’s Biomedical Polymers Area.
Another example of how interdisciplinary and interinstitutional collaboration strengthens science. Congratulations to the authors!
