{"id":8317,"date":"2025-11-01T11:28:44","date_gmt":"2025-11-01T14:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biomedicos.fi.mdp.edu.ar\/seminario-dr-busatto\/"},"modified":"2025-11-01T11:31:51","modified_gmt":"2025-11-01T14:31:51","slug":"seminario-dr-busatto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biomedicos.fi.mdp.edu.ar\/en\/seminario-dr-busatto\/","title":{"rendered":"Seminar Dr. Busatto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Carlos Busatto, a collaborator of our group, is currently carrying out a research stay at <a href=\"https:\/\/web.unitn.it\/biotech\/\">BioTech, University of Trento<\/a>, in Trento, Italy, and gave a seminar on his work titled <strong>\u201cDevelopment of a Bioengineered Matrix Based on Silk Fibroin and Hyaluronic Acid for Corneal Regeneration.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carlos Alberto Busatto earned his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Biotechnology (2013) and his Ph.D. in Chemical Technology (2018) from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Argentina). He joined a postdoctoral position at INTEC (UNL-CONICET, Argentina), where his research focused on biodegradable polymeric particles for drug delivery applications. He has conducted several research stays at international institutions, including a doctoral fellowship at the Institut des Sciences Mol\u00e9culaires (Bordeaux, France), and postdoctoral fellowships at POLYMAT (San Sebasti\u00e1n, Spain) and BioTech (Trento, Italy), regarding the development of polymeric hydrogels for biomedical applications. He is currently an Associate Researcher at CONICET, working in the Polymers and Polymerization Reactors Group at INTEC.
